Returning For Replacement And Refund
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 100 days of delivery. We offer hassle-free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support Team at email@example.com to schedule your return.
If there is a problem with the quality of your watch you can return it and get a full refund within 100 days. Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by a manufacturing fault, this only refers to the case and movement as this is covered by our 2-year warranty. After this period has elapsed the return postage has to be covered by the customer if it is not a manufacturing fault.
Once we have received your watch back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and/or a full refund will be issued immediately.
The warranty does not cover;
• Glass or strap
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
• Water damage unless marked water-resistant (3 ATM or above)
• Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects, inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch
This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.
In case of replacement, Lord Timepieces (UK) Ltd. cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided.
